I co-developed the PAT with Jon X. Eguia. The goal is present up-to-date information on the partisan advantage of redistricting maps across the country. We purposefully use simpler measures to make the results broadly accessible. We also display partisan advantage relative to absolute benchmarks rather than the outcomes of previous cycles (unlike fivethirtyeight and the Cook Political Report).
